Unmounted Lead Letters, Numbers, and Arrows

These lead characters come in a wide selection of styles and sizes so you can easily match what you are presently using. Just send us a sample, and we will return it with your order.

Our letters are manufactured by a process which eliminates large interior voids found in die-cast letters, so that your x-ray legends will be clear and distinct. Since they are manufactured with flat backs, they can be easily and firmly mounted on any flat surface.

Flat Face is the standard style, although Condensed Deep Block is also a popular style because of its improved legibility on x-ray film. 1/4" thick Industrial is used in high kVp applications. Lead arrows are also available in 1/4", 1/2", 5/8", 1", 1 1/4", and 1 1/2" lengths.

Just specify the letter style, height (or arrow length), and quantity for each letter, number, or arrow. We will indicate the correct catalog number on your invoice. For your reference, the catalog number for each style, size, and mounting is listed on our price sheet. If you do not see a style that you need, please contact us. We either have it or can manufacture it.
